Excellence is defined in your every moment.
How one treats people, how one strives for success, and evaluates their actions is how one measures excellence.
I grew up in a small town in Maryland where everyone knew everyone. There was never a shortage of help from friends when a family was moving homes - so long as pizza and soda were involved, everyone was there to lend a hand. When I turned 18-years old and watched my mom build her mortgage company from the ground up, I decided that selling real estate was the route for me. So I suited up. Within a few weeks, I was a licensed Realtor out of the Pasadena, Maryland Century 21 office.
As I began to mature, I became more and more open to exploring the creative side of myself, and that's why I landed in Los Angeles in 2010. I'd go on to building a resume of acting credits that I am proud of and, in 2020, relicensing here in California to sell real estate again. Under the brokerage, Loftway Homes.
Today, I am a 34-year old, single gay dad to a 4-month-old baby boy who values representing my clients, both sellers, and buyers. I authentically enjoy helping clients find a home that makes them feel their money is well spent. Some say it's cliché, but that's their prerogative.
I work hard 24/7 as my phone is always on to my clients. My reasoning for this is because I have big dreams of providing a life for my son that is filled with all the greatness I can possibly offer him.
This is me. I am your agent. I am kind, and I am honest. No fluff here. If that's what you're looking for in a Realtor, I can't wait to hear from you.
And if not, I wish you the best in finding your dream home.
